Our Mission

Providing high-quality ESL instruction, excellent customer service to all our students, and ensuring a sustainable business model for the mutual benefit of all parties.

Target International Student Center (Target ISC) is a privately-owned Language School that offers ESL courses and services such as General English, Test Preparation, Professional English, and TESOL Certification programs. Our teaching approach is centered around two fundamental ideas: we believe in having smaller class sizes, giving students a higher rate of teacher-student interaction; and an English-only communicative approach, which fosters a thriving learning environment. We believe our business practices should reflect what we hope to encourage in our students: the desire to continuously improve and become life-long learners.

Our campus is located in one of Boston’s most vibrant college and university neighborhoods, where lovers of art, music, science, and history will find world-class cultural institutions such as the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston Symphony Hall, the Museum of Science, and more. Over the years, Boston has become one of the most culturally significant cities in the United States. With over 100 colleges and universities, as well as some of the best hospitals and medical facilities in the world, the city stands out as a center for higher education and health care. As a result, the number of international students who seek to obtain a college degree in the USA has skyrocketed, and Boston has become an incredibly diverse city with all parts of the world being represented in it’s community.

Target ISC guarantees students more in-class hours at an affordable price, and our team of qualified and dedicated teachers strive to provide students with the best language learning experience possible, so that they can reach their highest potential.
